Directed product strategy for the Vietnamese arm of Ruangguru (US$830M valuation), and ran regular user research and testing to align UX, CX and release priorities with tech leadership.

Managed end-to-end Agile delivery and owned the product roadmap.

Run the Scrum ceremonies and manage the backlog and other Scrum artefacts. Write product specs and drive product design using AI tools throughout. Analyse data across the business’s connectors to set priorities.
