My Responsibilities
• Oversaw product planning and operations as the sole PM for SaaS and mobile app
• Translated product strategy into detailed requirements and maintained product backlogs
• Supervised UX/UI design team and facilitated task handovers to the development team
• Coordinated feature releases with marketing, growth, and other internal stakeholders
