My Responsibilities
Product Lead for Product team in Vietnam responsible for cross-country iOS, Android and Desktop app development
• Directed product strategy for Kien Guru
• Achieved 1 million downloads and 800k user sign-ups
• Liaised with headquarters' PM, PO, and tech leads to align UX, CX, requirements, and releases
• Conducted regular user tests and research to identify customer needs and demands
