Product Overview
Kovena v2 is a hospitality payment solution that connects accommodation providers mainly in Oceania and SEA regions with multiple payment gateways and services. It integrates with PMS and booking engines to simplify payment management, reduce complicated legal compliances for international payments.
My Responsibilities
● Partnered with UX/UI designers to transform requirements into high-fidelity designs
● Gathered stakeholder requirements and managed end-to-end agile development
● Developed and maintained product roadmaps to align with company objectives and stakeholder expectations
● Facilitated cross-functional communication to ensure seamless collaboration and timely project completion
